I understand things happen last minute however The Well Salon does have a 48hr cancellation policy. Please notify us if you’re unable to attend your appointment to avoid 50% cancellation fee for any service. No shows will also have a 50% cancellation fee. Please review our refund policy below: 1. Services Rendered All services are non-refundable once completed. Our stylists dedicate time, expertise, and products specifically to each client, and results may vary depending on individual hair type, condition, and maintenance. 2. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment or correction within 7 days of the original service. Adjustments do not include a change of mind or a completely different style or color request.
